Who doesn’t like desserts? However, most desserts are accompanied by feelings of guilt. Here, I’ve created a guilt-free dessert with only three ingredients that are both keto-friendly and effortless to make. It combines unsweetened almond butter, and Greek yogurt, which promote a healthy gut. Dark chocolate covered on top is ideal for chocolate lovers and adds sweetness to the recipe. Summary
ToggleIngredients:
1. Organic Greek yogurt: 1 cup
2. Organic chocolate chips: 5 tbsp
3. Organic unsweetened almond butter: 2 tbsp
Add sweetener of your choice. I skipped any kind of sweetener in my recipe. But you can add maple syrup, honey, or other heathy sweeteners according to your taste.
Also, you can add unsweetened butter to reduce the consistency of the melted chocolate.
I have added an image of the ingredients I used in this recipe. Please note that – it is not a promotional post. I have searched intensively on the internet to find clean ingredients and decided to share with you and save your time.

Preparation
Mixing:
- Combine the greek yogurt and almond butter in a bowl.
- Adjust the amount of almond butter to achieve a thick consistency, ensuring it’s not too liquid and can hold firm when frozen.
Scooping:
- Scoop the mixture onto a tray. Rub some butter on the tray to prevent sticking, although this shouldn’t be an issue if the mixture is properly frozen.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours, ensuring the mix becomes firm but not overly hard like ice cream. The desired consistency should be smooth.
Coating:
- Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of butter to create a runny consistency.
- Dip the firm yogurt-almond mix into the melted chocolate for coating.
- Freeze the coated pieces for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate coating hardens.
Total Preparation Time:
- Including freezing: 3 hours
- Without freezing: 30 minutes
